Refund policy

Each item is handmade with love just for YOU. We take pride in our work. With that being said, there will be NO RETURNS/REFUNDS.

If your item is too big or small, you are responsible to ship the item back to us. Once received and item is in mint condition (no pet hair, odor, etc) we will then ship out your correct size.
